Fighting Cellulite: How To Win The Fight On Cellulite

Cellulite is a battle.

 If you want to win this fight with cellulite you have got to have cellulite fighting weapons in your corner, you have got to know how to use them, and you must actually use them to see the results.

 Cellulite won’t just roll over and die, but if you are willing to put in the effort that it takes to get rid of cellulite, you will win the war.

Fighting Cellulite 7 Tips

1.  Know your enemy.  Cellulite is excess fat.  As your body stores more excess body fat you start to develop what we call "cellulite".  It’s the appearance of excess fat and cellulite is the name that we give it.  (aka orange peel, cottage cheese, dimples)

 2.  Know yourself.  You must know your strengths and what you are willing and capable of doing.  For instance:  if you know that you are good at running and not at bicycling, then you’d be better to plan exercise workouts around running and not bicycling.  You’ll enjoy what you’re doing more and be more successful.

3.  Patience.  I am not talking about a long time, fortunately you can get rid of cellulite quicker than it took for it to get there, but it will take some time.  You can successfully and consistently lose about 2 pounds of cellulite (fat) a week in your trouble areas, so you do the math and if you stay consistent you will hit your goals quick.

4.  Cellulite (fat) weighs less than muscle.  As you’re fighting cellulite know that 1 pound of fat is a large mass and it only takes a few of those fat pounds to melt away before you start to see some real bonafied results.  This doesn’t mean that you will lose weight, but you will lose fat.  These are two totally different things.  You should do a self body fat test weekly. 

5.  If you want to get rid of cellulite fast you must eat enough protein to maintain or increase lean muscle mass, but cut back on total calories enough to lose fat.

6.  You should start every meal by picking what lean protein will go with the meal first, then add the veggies, and then some carbs for natural energy.

7.  Dieting alone won’t be very successful with winning the fight against cellulite, you have to exercise to get rid of cellulite.  You need to focus on building lean muscle in areas where you have cellulite and on burning large amounts of calories in short periods of time.
